Dr. Schenk provides support and service on a worldwide basis, on-line, by phone, and at customer site. To ensure, operators and service engineers become quickly familiar with Dr. Schenk inspection and measurement systems, a variety of customer trainings are on offer. Trainings are being held in-house or at customer sites worldwide, including basic application trainings, e.g. for operators, up to extensive technical trainings for maintenance and service engineers.
Having a long-lasting experience in surface inspection and measurement technology, Dr. Schenk takes care of specific customer tasks. On request, specific test and inspection inquiries are being analyzed and evaluated in the in-house laboratories. A detailed report and a suitable solution will be provided to the customer.
