Schenk Vision provides support and service to our customers, on-line, by telephone, and at the customer site. To ensure operators and service engineers are quickly familiarized with the Schenk inspection and measurement systems, a variety of customer trainings are offered. Trainings are held in-house or at customer sites worldwide and include everything from basic application trainings for operators to the extensive technical trainings for maintenance and service engineers.
Having such excellent experience in surface inspection and measurement technology, Schenk takes care of specific customer tasks. On request, specific test and inspection inquiries are being analyzed and evaluated in the Schenk laboratories. A detailed report and a suitable solution will be provided to the customer.
